Welcome to Ave Maria! This north end gem boasts a central Anna Maria location with an easy walk to the beach, shopping, restaurants and ice cream. Relax! soak up the sun and the quiet laid back style that is Anna Maria. Many activities accessible such as jet ski, boat rentals and fishing.Our house is located a short walk to….everything! Enjoy the beautiful white sand beaches and sip a cocktail while watching the sunset! A place to call home. A place for the entire family. You may never leave!Enjoy our screened in front porch with seating area and fans. There is also an entire screened in living and dining space under the house with TV, grill, and games. Relax and be entertained! Have a cookout!For your sun and fun days at the beach there are beach chairs, floats, sun umbrella, beach wagon, and beach toys available for your beach time. When you return there is an outdoor shower and foot rinse.To enhance your beach adventure take a bike ride – we provide several for you. Check out Beach Bums for other rentals like kayaks, paddle boards, or group bikes and golf carts. A block away is the community recerational center for fitness and tennis (day use and week memberships are available). The playhouse is down the street.
