Our home is a very comfortable and recently remodeled first floor duplex with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths and a brand new sleeper sofa and sleeps 6 comfortably. We have cable tv and wifi. A very short walk to the beach. Beach carts are provided as well as beach umbrellas, chairs, coolers, boogie boards, beach toys as well as plenty of parking and room for a boat trailer. All linens are furnished. There is a gas grill on the deck. The kitchen is fully equipped and recently updated with stainless steel appliances and a laundry room is provided. Boating ramp and golf course are located nearby.This property is a duplex and can potentially be available to be rented as a multi family rental as a 4 Bedroom and 4 Bathroom with two sleeping sofa’s that can sleep a total of 12 people.If you are interested in this option please message us for more information on availability and pricing.
