Our 1200 square foot rental has a private back yard with a privacy fence that backs up to a wooded bluff, and is just 150 yards from Elberta’s waterfront park and the Life Saving Station — a popular venue for weddings and events.• No smoking• No pets• No parties or events.The area is full of recreational outdoor opportunities and a number of good coffee shops, restaurants, boutiques and art galleries. In addition to typical amenities, the rental includes five bicycles for exploring the area. Internet service and a gas grill is also available.The house has a roomy main living space with a comfortable seating arrangement. The three bedrooms include beds of the following sizes: a queen in the master bedroom, a queen size in room 2, and three single (twin size) beds in room 3 (a built-in bunk with an extra third bed). The dining table seats six people, and the bathroom includes a washer and dryer for your convenience.
