In the evening, fire up the grill and dine al fresco by the pool with seating for 10. Then relax around the outdoor fireplace and gaze up at the stars while the fire crackles in the background.Getting a restful night’s sleep will be easy in the Legend’s guest suites. This single-story villa boasts 5 large bedrooms and a total of 7 beds, hotel-style amenities and premium linens. There are en suite bathrooms in 4 of the 5 bedrooms.The Primary suite features a plush king bed, sitting area and en suite bath. There is a private entrance to the pool & spa with impressive views of the golf course. The King bed is complete with high thread count linens and other amenities include an HDTV and ceiling fan. Currently, we spend between 4-16 working hours to clean each rental property after every reservation and have enhanced our check-out cleaning procedures to pay close attention to all details, specifically disinfecting all surfaces with anti-bacterial solutions. We frequently change all HVAC filters and clean pools twice weekly to help ensure optimal cleanliness as well. Our vendors and staff are equipped with protective gear such as face masks and gloves to maintain the safety of all parties.Close by is the Stadium Course Club House with full dining, bar, lounge and patio (with fire pit) which overlooks the final hole of the course. It’s a great place for happy hour before you head into town! This keyless system allows entry into the vacation rental through the issue of a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier.DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE?TRAVLR Vacation Homes provides a departure clean on all stays. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee.CAN WE HAVE THE POOL HEATED?Your reservation “resort fee” includes the cost of pool heat (up to 80-82 degrees). This fee is not included on Airbnb bookings.WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS?All of our vacation rentals are furnished and have a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew measuring spoons and more. The coffee maker takes ground coffee and we also offer a spice rack, salt and pepper.There are bath towels, pool towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap and dryer sheets.CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME?We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc… so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS?TRAVLR Vacation Homes does not permit any amplified music outdoors at any time (day or night), including, but not limited to cell phones, bluetooth speakers, or outdoor TV’s.
