The dock available for use by renters and their guests for sun-bathing and swimming, there is space for renters to dock their own boat. The boat lift will be used by the property owners occasionally and the rental does not include use of the owner’s garage, boat, or boat lift.Inside, the house is tastefully decorated and features all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The living room is spacious and inviting, with a cozy fireplace and large windows that allow in plenty of natural light. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, and dishwasher. There is a dining area that seats six, as well as a breakfast bar.The three bedrooms are all comfortably furnished and feature a variety of bed sizes to accommodate all guests. One bedroom has a queen size bed, the master bedroom has a king size bed, and there is a room that has a twin over twin bunk bed and a twin over full bunk bed. Additional sleeping arrangements can be made in the living room, where there is a sofa bed. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a shower. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
