Our condo is being cleaned and sanitized per CDC guidelines and all linens and towels are being washed in hot water and bleached where appropriate. A new California King Mattress awaits you in the Master Bedroom, a Queen and Bunk Beds in the 2nd Bedroom with new mattresses, as well as a new HVAC unit for the villa to keep the perfect temperature throughout the year. The shuttle can take you across the boardwalk to the beach, should you prefer not to walk. Our Building 4 villa overlooks the pool and is a short walk or shuttle ride across the wildlife viewing area and your toes are in the sand! You can also relax at the quieter, beautiful and clear building 4 pool which is seen from the balcony, or enjoy the year round heated indoor pool in building 3 that also boasts a Jacuzzi, Sauna, Fitness Center, and Running Track for those rainy or cooler days. Tennis is right outside your door, local bike rentals are available on property. Everything you need is provided in our storage cage for your trips to the beach or the courts including, carts, chairs, sand toys etc!Our family-friendly villa offers all the comforts of home at a fraction of the cost of a hotel stay.
