This large house is built on a corner lot and has oversized south facing position. 2015 has been completely remodeled and refurbished.5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with over 3000sqft has plenty of room for up to 10 people. 2 televisions in the bedrooms and 1 in the living area to disposal.Fast Internet access, telephone and two standard AC’s are here.The kitchen is fully furnished and has everything you need for cooking.The large pool can be heated electrically.Shopping facilities and restaurants can be found nearby.Bedroom Layout: 5 Bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 10 sleepsMaster Bedroom : 1 King Bedroom (2 guests)Bedroom 2: 1 Queen Bedroom (2 guests)Bedroom 3: 1 Queen Bedroom (2 guests)Bedroom 4: 1 Queen Bedroom (2 guests)Bedroom 5: 2 Twin Bedroom (2 guests)We charge $0.20 / kwh for the used electricity.We do not provide a full propane tank for the grill.Please read before booking:Please note – prior to booking there is 25 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during the entire stay and is strictly enforced.
