By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier so that you can start your vacation as soon as possible!FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS –WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT?Check in is after 4PM local time and check out is 11AM. Early check in andlate check out may be available for your reservation. There is no extra fee forearly check in, or late check out (If we can accommodate your request, we mostcertainly will!)WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY?Our homes are keyless entry, we issue a “code” rather than a physical key. Thecode changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. Byissuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier.DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE?Cleaning is performed at the end of your stay. A mid-week or mid-stay cleancan be provided for an additional fee.CAN WE HAVE THE POOL HEATED?Yes, our pools are kept around 83 degrees and the hot tub is pre-set to 101 degrees year-round at no additional charge.WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS?All of our vacation rentals are furnished and have a kitchen with amenitiesincluding a microwave, Keurig coffee maker, coffee pods, ground coffee, French press, toaster, blender, crock pot, and a food processor. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, wine opener, measuring spoons, spice rack, salt/pepper and more.There are bath towels, pool towels and bed linens. We also provide an initialsupply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. Bathroomsare stocked with Shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. Laundry facilitiesare also equipped with laundry soap and dryer sheets.CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME?We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailboxkeys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors,housekeeping, guest services staff, etc… so we cannot be responsible forpackages once delivered.DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS?No we do not. Our home has noise limit requirements set by the HOA. We dorecommend bringing your own Bluetooth speaker to enjoy!DO YOU ALLOW PETS?We do not allow pets other than a certified service animals under the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA). Proper documentation will be required at time of booking.Please carefully review all PGA Signature Community Rules, all tickets will come out of the deposit.PARKING- All vehicles must be parked in the garage/driveway (Can’t be hanging into the street or the HOA will ticket) additionally 2 vehicles are allowed on the street.VEHICLE SIZE- SPRINTER VANS are not allowed in PGA Signature. No commercial size vehicles.VEHICLE PASSES- All passes must be displayed on the windshield or patrol will ticket.NOISE ORDINANCE:Quiet enjoyment hours are from 10:00PM-7AM. Outside use is limited to quiet conversation only. No music or amplified devices from cell phones to Bluetooth devices are allowed. Citations will come out of the renters deposit, PGA West is a zero tolerance community, if security is called a fine will be imposed.Loud noise isn’t permissible anytime of the day, per city (max 70 decibels from 7am-10pm) and is considered disrupting the peace of permanent residents, noise violations incur a $1000 fine (taken out of deposit) and possible eviction.
