The villa is accessible using a keyless system that allows entry into the estate through your entire stay. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier so that you can start your vacation as soon as possible!Other things to note….- FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS -WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT?Check in is after 4PM local time, and check out is 11AM. Early check in andlate check out may be available for your reservation. There is no extra fee forearly check in, or, late check out (If we can accommodate your request, we mostcertainly will!)WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY?Our homes are keyless entry, we issue a “code” rather than a physical key. Thecode changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. Byissuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier.DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE?Cleaning is performed at the end of your stay. A mid-week or mid-stay clean canbe provided for an additional fee.CAN WE HAVE THE POOL HEATED?Yes, during the winter our pools are kept around 83 degrees and the hot tub is pre set to 102 degrees.WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS?All of our vacation rentals are furnished and have a kitchen with amenitiesincluding a microwave, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender and foodprocessor. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew measuring spoons and more. The coffee maker takes coffee pods and we also offer a spice rack, salt and pepper.There are bath towels, pool towels and bed linens. We also provide an initialsupply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with Shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap and dryer sheets.CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME?We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc… so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS?No we do not. Our home has noise limit requirements set by the HOA. We dorecommend bringing your own Bluetooth speaker to enjoy!DO YOU ALLOW PETS?No cats, certain non-shedding hypoallergenic dogs will be considered at anadditional fee.
