Family-friendly home just a mile from the beach & VillageThis spacious three bedroom home is located in a quiet family friendly neighborhood just one mile from the beach and one mile from the Village. There is a bike path that connects to Ashantilly for easy access to either destination. The house offers a well-appointed kitchen with custom cabinets, granite countertops, and gas range and stove, two remodeled baths with subway tile and granite countertops, and brand new floors throughout.The master bedroom has a king memory foam mattress for a great night’s sleep and has an adjoining bathroom and walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed complete with memory foam mattress and a large closet. The bunk room has a bunk bed as well as a full over twin trundle bed, television, and dvd player. A jumbo pack-n-play is provided for your smallest guests.Our home also offers several games, puzzles, books, a child’s booster seat for mealtime, and beach chairs.The back patio is complete with a charcoal grill and adirondack chairs.
