We are just a 6 minute drive to Paine’s Creek and 1 minute to picturesque Upper Mill Pond which is a perfect place to take a quick swim or sign up for sailing lessons. The house abuts 800 acres of conservation land in the Punkhorn Parklands right in your backyard- great for hiking or catching the sunset over the pond at Eagle point.After a long day at the beach, rinse off in the brand new enclosed outdoor shower and relax in the living room or on the newly remodeled deck. The kitchen is well equipped for whipping up a delicious meal – or head outside to the gas grill located just off the kitchen. Enjoy the ease of the first floor primary bedroom with a king bed and the comfort of air conditioning throughout the home. Head upstairs to 2 additional bedrooms (one with a work space), a full bath and a cozy landing area equipped with a couch, tv and games for all ages. This is the perfect space for someone looking for a quiet street, privacy and a safe place to ride bikes and play. 7 Beach chair and two coolers are provided.First Floor: Bedroom #1- 1 King; Second Floor: Bedroom #2 – 1 Queen; Bedroom #3 – 1 Bunk bed (2 single/twin mattresses) and one single/twin bed. A pack and play is also provided.Brewster Attractions:Enjoy the Cape Cod Rail Trail, countless miles for biking and walking. Bike rentals are available in various locations in Brewster along Route 6A.Explore the famous Brewster Flats at low tide to collect seashells, photos, and memories.Enjoy magnificent sunsets summer over the Cape Cod Bay.Make sure to visit Nickerson State Park, with two kettle ponds for kayak and paddle board (rentals available on site)Play a round at Captains Golf Course!Highly recommended restaurants are nearby JT s Seafood and Cobie s for casual beach bites and plates.Saturday to Saturday only.Smoking is not permitted.
