Welcome to our newest vacation home The Euphoria Two Villa! This1960’s built home in located in a great neighborhood, close to everything Cape Coral has to offer. Walk to a restaurant or bar, even the grocery store! Cape Coral Beach is about a 5 min drive away, other beaches you can reach within a 30 min. drive away.The outdoor space is perfect for relaxing, watching the sunsets over the waterfront canal, boating, fishing, corn hole, grilling, dining or just enjoying the pool and spa (pool heated during winter months). With its southern exposure, tropical landscaping, herb garden around the pool and waterfront view, you can expect plenty of sunlight and breathtaking sunsets throughout your stay. You can bring your own boat or rent one locally and tie up to the dock in the back yard. Kayaks can also be rented locally.The living room offers a flat screen streaming TV, and a Desk if you are taking a working vacation. The kitchen is equipped with everything you should need for making your meals. The master suite includes a King-size bed, flat screen streaming TV and en-suite bathroom with dual sinks and walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, a desk, and the third bedroom has two twin beds. The second bathroom is just outside the two bedrooms and offers a tub/shower combo. The third bathroom is the pool bath right off the living room with a shower. The living area offers plenty of space and a also two pull out queen sofa allowing 8-10 guests.We look forward to you spending your vacation here at at The Euphoria Two Villa!
