We wash all bedding, mop the floor and wipe down all commonly touched surfaces with BLEACH at every checkout.- EV Charger- En Suite bathroom- Free residential garage parking for 2 regular sized vehicle- Self-check-in/out with SmartLock- Smart TV’s in ALL rooms- Super comfortable KING and QUEEN bedsPLEASE BE GUIDED BY THE FOLLOWING HOUSE RULES:ADDITIONAL GUEST*Please make sure to indicate the correct number of guests when booking*Additional guest fees of $20 per guest, per night (after the 1st guest)EV CHARGER* Ready to use* Kindly let me know total number of EV cars* $10 per car / per night* $150 fine for lost / stolen keycard* Please ensure that the EV charger adapter and keycard are securely stored upon departure.* We request that you take a photo of the EV charger when checking out.LATE CHECK OUT*Sorry but we don’t allow late checkouts.*If you exceed, you will be charged $30 for the first 30 minutes, and an additional hour will cost you $50.PARTIES NOT ALLOWED*Please keep noise low in the quiet hours of 9pm to 9am.*Strictly no drugs allowed.*No smoking inside the home. If our cleaners catch the odor inside, you will be penalized. (You may smoke outside.)ADDITIONAL INFO:- Kindly turn off the AC or heater before leaving our home.- We have motion detector cameras outside for security reasons.
