We wash all beddings, mop the floor and wipe down all commonly touched surfaces with BLEACH at every check out.- EV Charger ready- Free parking spaces- Master’s and 1st Bedroom with En-suite bathroom- Check-in/out is a breeze with SmartLock- Spacious Working and Reading area- Super comfortable QUEEN beds- Smart TV’s in ALL rooms- You can use our EV chargers at a minimal cost, our chargers have a J1772 port and a Tesla adapter.PLEASE BE GUIDED BY THE FOLLOWING HOUSE RULES:ADDITIONAL GUEST*Please make sure to indicate the correct number of guests when booking*Additional guest fees of $20 per guest, per night (after the 1st guest)LATE CHECK OUT*Sorry but we don’t allow late checkouts.*If you exceed, you will be charged $30 for the first 30 minutes, and an additional hour will cost you $50.PARTIES NOT ALLOWED*Please keep noise low in the quiet hours of 9pm to 9am.*Strictly no drugs allowed.*No smoking inside the home. If our cleaners catch the odor inside, you will be penalized.
