You will wake up every morning to a breathtaking view of the beautiful Lake Michigan.Walk a short distance out the front door to the bluff. Enjoy the peace and tranquility as you sit and listen to the cool breeze coming in off the lake.Enjoy the magnificent view of both North and South Manitou Islands, as well as both North and South Fox Islands. You can also see in the distance: towards the north Beaver Island and to the south the unbelievable Sleeping Bear Dunes.The first floor offers a quaint queen bedroom with closet, a large living area with a working fireplace and plenty of space to relax. There is a modestly sized kitchen with breakfast area, as well as a mud room with a washer and dryer.The bathroom is located just off the kitchen.The second floor offers a loft style bedroom with an adjoining private bedroom. This is a great area for the kids!So, whether your looking for a romantic get away or even a family vacation this is just the for you! You may even want to continue returning for years to come!Things to be aware of before booking:-Only shower….no bathtub-no dishwasher-no HVAC….only fireplace and wood stove for heating-internet is sometimes slow-well water….so plan on bringing drinking water……safe to drink but has strong mineral taste-
