Simple Maine cottage charm interior on the first floor level includes a large screened in front porch, a good size living room/dining room area with a newer well equipped kitchen and an updated bathroom with shower. The second floor has 5 small bedrooms(watch your head!) and a very small half bath. The property has its own private beach area. Kayaks are available to use, please bring your own safety equipment. 2 car off street parking included. City of Portland License Number STHR-002599-2020.
