Excellent Location, Great View, Walk to Beach in 2 minutes

Located steps from the ocean in Long Beach, CA. The ocean view is wonderful! The balcony is a great spot to relax with a cup of coffee in the morning and glass of wine in the evening. The grocery store is a two maybe three minute walk (you can see it in the photos) so if you’re into meals at home, it’s easy to make that happen. Second Street, a popular street for shopping, eating, and exploring, is about a 15 minute walk. The pier, the bluff, the boardwalk – all only a few minutes by walking.This unit is part of a condo building that has about 20 units. It is a quiet community and the neighbors have all been very friendly. The unit is on the top floor of a 4 story building so you won’t hear people walking around above you. 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, and 2 secured parking spaces. There are 3 skylights (1 in each bathroom and 1 in walkway between bedrooms) that allow for wonderful natural light throughout the home.MOST COMMONLY ASKED QUESTIONS, ANSWERED:>> The unit has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 1 secured parking space.>> You can absolutely bring your pets but I respectfully request that you be a responsible pet parent. I absolutely ADORE pets of all kinds but there have been some accidents. For example, if your baby makes an accident on a couch cushion and you’re worried you didn’t get it out, just let me know so I can have it properly cleaned (at no charge to you). Accidents happen I totally get it! I just want to clean it before it becomes more difficult to fix.On a side note, this is a great space for dogs! There is a grassy knoll directly in front of the building, a dog beach that is about 5 minutes by foot or 2 minutes by car, and it is also only 2-3 minutes by foot to get to the bluff. Great areas for the doggies all within walking distance.>> No parties. Feel free to have people over, though. It’s a great location for hosting!>> Please be mindful of loud noise between 10pm – 7am. Music, TV, etc.>> No smoking / vaping inside the unit but you can do it on the balcony. Just close the windows so it doesn’t come inside.>> The ocean breeze helps keep it cool during those warm days but there is no central A/C. There is a portable AC unit. The condo does have heating throughout the entire place.>> There are washers and dryers in the garage. It costs $1 to wash a load and $1 to dry a load. There is also Super Suds, which is a laundry pickup / delivery service, and a laundromat about 2 minutes by car. Each bedroom has rolling laundry baskets for easy transport.MASTER BED AND ATTACHED BATH:Furnished with a California King Bed, dresser, console table, 55″ smart tv, large mirrored closet with 3 sliding doors, rolling laundry basket, and a couple of nightstands. The bathroom is equipped with extra bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths, as well as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. There is also a skylight in the bathroom for great natural light during the day, as well as a heater fan for those cold mornings.GUEST BED AND UNATTACHED BATH:Furnished with a King Bed, dresser, console table, 55″ smart tv, large mirrored closet with 3 sliding doors, rolling laundry basket, and a couple of nightstands. The bathroom is equipped with extra bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths, as well as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and loofahs if you like to use them. There is a heater fan, as well as a skylight over the shower so if you want to take a nice candlelit bath and stare up at the sky, you can.LIVING ROOM:Large, comfortable couch with ottoman, swivel accent chair, 65″ Smart TV, console unit, and a small desk if you would like to do some work.KITCHEN AND DINING:Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, stove, oven, and microwave. Cookware, blenders, electric stirrer, mixing bowls, cutting knives, placemats, coffee maker, tea kettle.. pretty much anything you need! The dining table seats 4 and allows for beautiful views while you eat. There is an extension piece which will allow for seating up to 6 people.NOISE:I loved living along Ocean Ave but you should be aware that there is some noise from the cars.
