Bright, sunny, spacious and clean townhouse in a great location on Anna Maria Island, just a few minutes walk to the ocean beach, restaurants & shopping!You will have everything you need to enjoy your stay in the house. Plenty of towels, linens, beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, kitchenware, etc.New kitchen & breakfast bar are with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Tile floors throughout the hose, no carpets!Ground floor has additional kitchenette, full bathroom, and a large living room area with a sleeper sofa for extra guests. 2nd floor has two large bedrooms with queen beds and a full bath, laundry room with washer and dryer and a balcony.We have central air conditioning and heating, Wi-fi, Cable TV, Netflix and Amazon Prime.Lots of parking space! Carport and a long driveway can fit at least 3 cars!Private backyard with patio, charcoal barbeque grill, table, chairs and umbrella.You don’t need a car to get around Anna Maria Island! A free trolley stops just around the corner and will take you to explore the island including the fishing pier, where you can fish or just enjoy watching dolphins, manatees, birds and many other species.In the morning you can enjoy your breakfast at home or at Anna Maria Island Beach Cafe near by, right on the beach, with your toes in the sand, ocean breezes on your skin and sunshine all around you. Food is good there and reasonably priced, it is famous for all u can eat pancakes & sausage at just $5.99! Great menu options for lunch and dinner too. Life music at sunset!And Anna Maria Beach sunsets are absolutely stunning!
