The dining room table accommodates up to 6. There are also two tables and chair sets in the private encased interior courtyard.The cozy living room is a lovely gathering area with hardwood floors, couch with a queen sofa bed, a 55″ HD TV, two over-stuffed venetian chairs and an antique Louis VIV desk as well as a Waterford fireplace to enhance its ambiance.The king bedroom offers a 40″ HD TV with an accompanying bathroom that includes a walk in shower. The queen bedroom features a 20″ HD TV and has an accompanying bathroom with shower/tub combination. The bathrooms are freshly renovated and beautifully completed with limestone floors, granite countertops and custom Santa Barbara-style cabinets.The living room features French glass doors inviting views of the courtyard and romantic Italian fountain into the space.
