Siesta key beach has been officially ranked as the “finest, whitest sand beach in the world.” All three condos feature full-size kitchen, large flat-screen TV, modern décor., free wireless internet, heated swimming pool, hot tub. No car needed to the beach or restaurants. Condo B is a 2B/2B that is on the beach side, Located in Siesta Beach Club steps away to the beach, with minimal 2-3 days rental. Please see pictures with “condo B” on it.Condo A is a 1B/1B about 1 mile north of condo B on the bay side. This large 1 B 1 B condo located in a large high rise building, The Harbor Tower, close to all activities with 2weeks minimal rental. It located on the sixth floor of a luxury hotel resort, facing the gulf with the view of siesta key beach and the gulf. I enjoy sitting in the back of the building watching boats go by , manatees and dolphins…. So much to do , and it’s in the shade in the afternoon. Tour bus scheduled in front of the building if you want to go public beach or go downtown without driving. Amenities including GYM, heated pool, hot tub, sauna, gills, tennis courts, marina, island gazebo, and a lot more… 2 week minimum rental for condo A. No pets allowed in all locations. All condos are using the calendar. please call me for detailed calendar information. condo A has a marina on the back of the building and able to sit by inland water way. Fun of both side of water. Condo A (1/1) has a base rate of $180 per night at low season, Condo B (2/2) allows shorter rental, has a base rate of $280 per night. It’s located on the corner unit with beautiful view off the inland water way from all the rooms and patio . It’s a 2/2 with the best retirement home style.
