You can do it all or nothing with this house as your home base.Our home has been updated and features two bedrooms–one queen bed(new memory foam mattress) and one double bed. They are both freshly painted with modern decor. If you have a fifth family member joining you, thereis a chaise on theloving couch that can be made up or there is a twin air mattress with pump. The house provides accommodations for a maximum of five people. The kitchen is fully appointed with cooking items, microwave, (small)coffee pot and Keurig, fridge, stove and oven. We have the lobster pot, bibs and tools if you want to buy lobsters at the pier and have your very own lobster bake! If cooking isn’t for you, we have many recommendations in our guest book on site for amazing local restaurants.The living room offers comfortable seating, a flat screen TV, cable, and wireless internet. We have games, cards, puzzles, and a desk as well. Washer and dryer are also in the home for your convenience. The large back porch has a Weber gas grill, and table and chairs for dining or comfortable chairs for sitting and enjoying the quiet and the view. Two kayaks, paddles and life vests are provided. Launch directly from the dock in the back yard. You can also swim from the dock or just sit and enjoy a glass of wine. Short walking distance to Barrett’s Park and Linekin Bay Resort.
