The house is of high quality and modern furnishings and has 3 friendly bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a separate pool deck toilet, a very spacious kitchen with breakfast bar, dining area for 6 people, a cozy living room and an electrically & solar heated pool (13.5 m ) with jacuzzi. The villa is equipped with everything you need for a wonderful and peaceful vacation. You will find enough beach towels, towels and bed linen in the house. Beach equipment is available as extras. The house has a washing machine, dryer, 4 large flat screen TVs with cable TV, DVD player, dishwasher, microwave, gas grill, telephone (free local calls) and free high-speed WiFi, etc.The villa is looked after by a German-speaking administration of our trust. You will receive all the information and help you need for your completely satisfied holiday.The rent includes a credit of $7 per night for power. Power costs beyond the limit of $7per night (0,15 kWh) will be deducted from the security deposit.
