Highly desirable 12th floor provides unbelievable wide angle panoramic view of the gulf. You can view sun rising over the gulf to your left and setting down in Emerald Gulf.Condo full of upgrades including granite kitchen counter tops, dishwasher, full size stove, washer & dryer. In addition to large queen size bed in the bedroom, unit equipped with the queen sleeper sofa in the family room and bunk beds for children and teens.Condo fully furnished with all the dishes, linens, bath towels, etc. for your comfortable vacation.Two smart TVs with DVDs with cable and wi-fi in the unit would make you able to have some entertainment or complete some work task if really needed.At lunch time you may choose to come out to the deck on boardwalk and try a fresh grouper sandwich from Under the Boardwalk Bar & Grill or grab an ice cream cone at The Corner Market. Later into the night, take a stroll down the boardwalk and stop by The Rusty Anchor, order a beer and enjoy watching your favorite team at our pool-side sports bar.There is golf course just across the property. Large number of restaurants and bars, including famous Pineapple Willy in a walking distance.Boardwalk offers so many different ways to have fun and relax that your biggest decision should be which amenity to take advantage of first.Cleaning fee includes parking for one car and two bracelets.
