Exclusive Emerald Bay – Thirty Seconds From The SandCome inside the guard gated community of Emerald Bay and enjoy one of the most exclusive beaches in California. When the ocean is less than a minute’s walk from your front door, you are never far from the swimming, surfing, volleyball, and tennis. Stroll the shoreline at sunrise and barbecue at sunset.This is our family beach house. It is a quaint 1950’s bungalow that sleeps up to eight guests. It is approximately 1,600 square feet.The upstairs/downstairs separation is ideal for two families wanting privacy, with a common social area.Upstairs is a master bedroom with a king-sized bed; a bedroom with two twin beds; a full bathroom; family room; dining room; kitchen; and small yard, with barbecue patio.Downstairs is a bedroom with a queen bed; adjoining sleeping loft with a double bed and a king bed; a 3/4 bath (walk-in shower); foyer; and two-car garage. There is adequate parking for 4 mid-size vehicles on the property.There is a wood burning fireplace in the family room and a grill in the backyard.Tenants must sign an Emerald Bay tenant agreement prior to renting the home and pay the $500 non-refundable application fee, plus a $2,000 refundable deposit (this is in addition to rent, cleaning, and owner’s damage deposit).
