It shares a full bathroom with an adjacent 4th cozy bedroom, perfect for a child or a single guest. This smaller bedroom can also be converted into a home office. All enjoy spacious closets and luxury linens. There is room for 7 residents with an additional 2 if using the queen size air mattress.The house has a fully equipped kitchen with a large SubZero refrigerator, stainless double ovens, a six burner Fisher Paykel gas cooktop, a Bosch dishwasher and a large capacity front loading Samsung washer and dryer. The kitchen looks out over the Mystic River and early risers can appreciate serene and colorful sunrises over the water. The 52 inch flat screen TV in the living room is for movies or the big game.
