The great room contains two extra large sofas, and club chair for seating around the gas fireplace place and 65′ flat screen. The extra large island in the chef’s kitchen provides seating for four and two live seats in the kitchen provide additional seating in the kitchen. The dining room, adjacent to the kitchen, provides fine dining for eight.The upstairs contains three private bedrooms, one with a private full bath, and two that share a full bath. The upstairs also includes a semi private office space and love seat seating. Home includes a four person golf cart use to ride to the clubhouse for meals and or parking while hitting the links of Bartram Trail Golf Course.Great private golf course community features in Golf Digest Magazine and is a convenient and straight shot to the Augusta National, just a 14 mile ride down the interstate 20.
