Exclusive “Lakes Country Club” condo with lake viewsLiving room with fireplace, dining room and counter island. Totally renovated kitchen with new appliances. Lake view with patio table and six chairs, and gas barbecue on the private patio. Golf cart available. Full fitness club along with lap pool next to clubhouse. Heated pool 200 feet from back deck. North facing back deck so not as hot in afternoon as south facing. Solar installed on roof so electricity cost is much less. Summer of 2022 averaged less than $65/month. There are Pickleball and tennis courts. We are not golf members. For next winter we are looking for a 4 month rental if possible.
