Updated with a beautiful soft yellow color with white bead board and trim throughout. A moderate beach front property that you are sure to love! NOT INCLUDED: A refundable security deposit of $200 (charged within 24 hours of your arrival date) and The Summit Owner’s Association registration fee (paid upon arrival to the Summit Owner’s Association in the lobby) is $27 and includes 1 parking pass & up to 5 property armbands. Extra parking pass $27.
