Exclusive One bedroom penthouse of real quality.This large penthouse apartment is on the top (2nd) floor and being double aspect, it is very light and airy. There are two balconies overlooking both the pool, gardens, plus panoramic views over the ocean – being south facing there is plenty of sun too.The lounge has a very high ceiling and thus makes it exceptionally airy and cool, as both open onto two the balconies . This apartment was fully refurbished during 2021 which included a totally new contemporary bathroom. The lounge has audio, digital flat screen TV (including English satellite channels), DVD and video. Rooms also have ceiling fans. The penthouse does not rely on Fairways unreliable, sluggish and expensive system, but now has its own private WiFi, which is both unlimited and FREE ! The American style kitchen is all electric, fully equipped with oven, ceramic hob, extractor, microwave, etc. There is also a washing machine, toaster etc and no charge for utilities or linen.Most important is the south facing terrace and balcony – not only for the sun but also the views, plus being equipped with all mod cons the penthouse ensures a genuine ‘home from home’ feeling.
