There is an additional bedroom, where up to 4 kids can sleep. Through the diverse options in the house and the surrounding area, you can enjoy every minute of your holiday. The beach can be reached by bicycle or on foot, along with the tennis and squash courts or the marina. Supermarkets and a lot of good restaurants are also nearby. The large pool deck invites you to relax by the pool, but also to have a grill festival in the evening. Boat lovers will appreciate it that you just need a few minutes from the house to the river, of course, without having to go under bridges and through locks. The villa is in a very exclusive and peaceful location, which has cycling and jogging paths.Environment: A paradise for sun lovers, water sports lovers, fishers and golfers.
