Dalton Ranch Golf Course, Durango Hot Springs and a full size grocery (PJs Market) and liquor store are less then 3 miles from the residence.The home features a fantastic outdoor living space with a BBQ Grill and views of the Animas River Valley. The Animas Valley is the signature mountain view in Durango with stunning red cliffs framing the meandering Animas River through pastoral meadows and Cottonwoods. There is also a free tennis court and basketball court available for use near the home – this home has racquets and a basketball for guest use. The bedrooms have roku TV, so you can watch your own apps, like Netflix and Hulu, or you can watch cable via the spectrum app.Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours etc.) activities.Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date.
