Inside the condo, you’ll find a kitchen full of everything needed to cook your favorite meal.The bedroom has a king bed and there is a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. Additionally, there is a built-in desk (see pictures) for those looking to work from home.The building has an amazing 6000 sq ft 2-story gym with plenty of cardio machines, a weight room, a spinning room, and a yoga room.Very dog-friendly neighborhood! There is an off-leash dog park at the end of the block, a dog run behind the building, and all of Riverfront Park which is just half a block away.Coffee lovers will love the free, 24/7 coffee machines located a few steps from the condo (3 machines – espresso/cappuccino). This is available any time of the day for FREE!The rental comes with an indoor parking spot in a secure garage. 24/7 front desk concierge – can answer any questions and accept packages and deliveries.2023-BFN-0035121****ALL STAYS OVER 30 DAYS WILL REQUIRE A MID-STAY CLEAN.
