Downstairs you will find the sun room/sitting area with piano, the dining room, fully equipped kitchen, living room and master bedroom. Off of the living room there is a screened in porch as well as a half bath and laundry room with washer and dryer. Upstairs there are 2 addition bedrooms with queen size beds and a jack and jill bathroom. The back yard of the house is awesome! It is very spacious and has lush vegetation. The screened in porch has a table and chairs or you can dine on the outdoor dining table. It truly feels like a retreat in the backyard.As a guest of the home, you will have access to all of the best amenities I’on has to offer. This includes the swimming pool, tennis courts, boat ramp and dock and 3 club houses. This is a huge asset for any executive rental, and we hope you are able to take full advantage!We are a short drive to Sullivan’s Island, Isle of Palms and downtown. We are perfect for business travelers working downtown, Boeing or Volvo – just to name a few! If convenience and relaxation is what you crave during your time off, look no further!The homeowner does store his boat at the home, however this is not available for guest use. He may require access to the driveway and gate to get the boat occasionally but this would just require you moving your car briefly.
