Expansive 5BR Custom Home – Short Stroll to Mants BeachThis expansive upside down contemporary 5BR/2BA home is the perfect vacation home- stylishly and impeccably furnished with quality throughout every aspect of this home. The upper floor boasts an open, state of the art, granite stainless kitchen that will make it hard to leave at the end of the week!! The kitchen is spacious, open and fully stocked with everything you may need. Overlooking the dining area with seating for eight, to a comfy, but spacious living room with large HD TV and pool table. Completing the upper floor will be the primary bedroom with separate full bath. The lower level area will offer additional guest quarters and full bath. You can enjoy cookouts on the the deck with stunning water views and in the evening take in the breathtaking sunsets over Cape Cod Bay. Mants Beach (Cape Cod Bay) offers warm, calm water when the tide is high to take advantage of activities including fishing, swimming and kayaking. Take a walk on the flats at low tide-you can venture out over a mile-to gather hermit crabs, clams, shells and sand dollars among other treasures. This is a spectacular location for your family to relax and enjoy your Cape Cod vacation. Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance) plus applicable state and local taxes. Off-season monthly availability with additional utility and fuel costs to be determined on a per booking basis. Linen package is available upon request at an additional cost.
