Filled with miles of hiking and biking trails, and a creek to take a dip if there’s water, you can spend an entire afternoon in the great outdoors! You’ll love the view from the living area, the location, and the outdoor space.The spaceYou’ll love the view! All windows look out onto the greenery in the backyard, full of lush trees. This means you’ll have maximum relaxation and privacy.The deck is very large, but keep in mind it is shared with my neighbor. On your side you have a table and chairs, a grill, and an umbrella. The deck is divided by a planter filled with bamboo to give you some privacy.*The neighbors do have one dog. He’s very friendly. If you are bringing a dog, your dog must be friendly towards other dogs.The Beds:- Master bedroom upstairs features 1 King Size Bed a full size dresser and a large closet.- 2nd bedroom upstairs features bunk bed with 1 Queen Size Bottom, 1 Full Size Top. Full closet with shelves and drawers.- 3rd bedroom upstairs features 1 Queen Size Bed and a desk and chair. There are shelving units for clothing but note there is no closet access in this room.- Living room downstairs has a standing/sitting desk, a couch, two comfy chairs.The Baths:- 2 full bathrooms shower/ tub combo upstairs- 1/2 bathroom downstairsTV:- We have a smart TV. We do not offer cable. You can use your own Netflix or prime account.The House:-Built in 1979-2 Stories (bedrooms are upstairs)-1200 sq. ft.-No garage access-Private entranceGuest accessPlease stick to the lefthand side of the driveway as it is a shared driveway. Your side of the driveway fits 2 cars. There is also free street parking in the cul-de-sac and on the nearby streets.Other things to noteHouse rules:- Mi casa es su casa. As this is my home, I ask that you take care of it as if it were your own.-The professional housekeeping fee covers a cleaning before you arrive.-$100 pet fee per week if you’d like to bring along your furry friend. You must notify me ahead of time for approval.- Absolutely no smoking inside- Please respect my neighbors and keep it down if you’re outside after 10pm.- You are renting half of a duplex which means the outside yard is a shared space. There’s a huge patio with a grill on your side of it.-Please keep all indoor furniture inside the house!-When you’re done using the grill, please put the cover back on it.
