Description
Perch Rocks is a luxury camp on Bantam Lake in Litchfield County!This is a true ‘lake cottage’ with classic shingle style. The cottage contains 2 bedrooms plus a loft, large kitchen, field-stone fireplace and covered front porch. Both bedrooms offer direct views of the lake and the waterfront. The cottage is well appointed, with comfortable beds and luxury linens.The property has expansive water frontage and westerly views, which offer fabulous sunsets. The grounds offer a waterfront dock, expansive lawn, outdoor firepit by the water, children’s swing set, outdoor dining area and an outdoor shower. The property also includes a small fleet of Old Town kayaks available for our guests. The property is private and relatively flat.We look forward to hosting you for a very special lakefront getaway!
