If you prefer to have the pool heated, the cost is $95 per day, and will be charged after you have made a reservation.You must be 25 years of age to rent this home.All legitimate, licensed vacation rentals in Palm Springs follow vacation rental laws to remain in business. These include occupancy limits, good neighbor policies, party-free homes, collection of separate hotel taxes, no outdoor music permitted, ensuring renters are over the age of 25, and an actual contract signed by the responsible renter.
