This is a highly desirable, one of a kind – G Unit property. Walk 75 feet to the Home Run Trail and ski down to Tamarack Lift. Park your car and never use it again. Stores, restaurants and village as well as The Stratton Mountain Activity Center are all within walking distance. 1/2 mile away is the beautiful Stratton golf course. You will also have access to the Slopeside Clubhouse which has an outside pool as well as a hot tub which is open all year. This condo has 3 levels enter on the second level into the mudroom and full bathroom. The second level also has an open floor plan with kitchen and living room which includes a wood burning fireplace. There is a beautiful private deck off the living room. Go downstairs to the first level and you will find 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom has 1 queen bed and the second has 1 bunk bed and a trundle bed with 2 twin mattresses. Also downstairs is a full bathroom with tub and shower as well as a laundry room.
