There are several local stores very close to this property including Target and major grocery chains.While we allow pets, we only allow 1 pet under 50 lbs. We require a $250 nonrefundable deposit and proof that the pet has been licensed by your state of residence and has a rabies vaccine. If this is not submitted within 48 hours of booking, we will cancel the reservation.The ‘Management Fee’ listed in your booking was for a non-refundable damage waiver. The fee covers you for accidental damages up to $500. We ask that if anything does happen during your stay, please let us know immediately and send us a picture, so we can work on a remedy for the next guest. If something were to happen and the damages were to be over $500, you pay the difference over $500.
