These rooms are spacious with enough closet space and drawers to grant you extra space, but also ensures that everything stays well organized and easy to find. There are blackout window treatments and also a fan in each room.The retractable ceiling fan in the living room has Bluetooth capabilities ( Speaker Light L2) and dimmable features. The remote is on the right on the wall next to the light switch as you come in the front door.There is a laundry room you can access from the master’s suite. There you’ll find a regular size washer and dryer, iron and a board and cleaning tools. Some of the pool cleaning tools are also stored in this room. There’s a door that leads to the yard from the laundry room. Please, keep it closed at all times.The pool is screened-in. However, it has no gates or temporary fence around it. Please, children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Thera are two doors from the pool area to the yard. Please, keep them closed at all times in order to keep the pool area clean and enjoyable.
