The Summit is a new, custom home surrounded on every side by Pike National Forest in Woodland Park, Colorado and located within a gated community. You have to look and listen hard to see or hear neighbors! The home is within walking distance to Rampart Reservoir and only 35 minutes from USAF Academy. We are also 10 miles from the base of Pike’s Peak and 10 miles from The North Pole (Santa’s Work Shop). Additionally, Woodland Park has a new Aquatic’s Center that’s just 5 miles away.The Summit boasts unparalleled views of Pike’s Peak from a Modern Scandinavian design. The open floor plan upstairs allows everyone to stay connected: be inspired as you commune with family in large living areas, or reminiscence with a glass of wine in a luxurious gourmet kitchen. For those who desire quiet time, curl up with a book on the comfy chair in our reading nook, or enjoy an intimate conversation at the downstairs bar.
