A 1000 sq. ft. view deck give the visitor a breath taking 240 degree view of the city lights of Paradise Valley, Mummy Mountain, Camelback Mountain and the Paradise Valley Country Club Golf course. Every guest that has stayed there has commented upon how the photographs simply do not do it justice.The home is lavishly furnished, yet comfortable. This is the whole package for dramatic city living. Even though the home is a short 20 minutes from Sky Harbor Airport, the guest feels like they are completely away from the hustle and bustle of a major metropolitan area. Because of its elevated location on the side of a mountain, with the mountain between it and Tatum Blvd, there is virtually no traffic noise. It’s eastern location on the side of ‘Marshmallow’ mountain give you the cool evening shade while others across the golf course are getting the sun in their face.
