Property is located on the ocean in a 4 star hotel resort with beautiful views of the ocean and city from the balcony . The hotel has one pool,two hot tubs ,tiki bar by the pool and a spa. There is a valet and concierge service for guests.The condo has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms , living and kitchen. The unit has been renovated and exquisitely furnished. You will be a 10 minute drive or bus ride from South Beach.THE UPPER DECK POOL is ready. Guests have the use of two pools. The upper deck and the lower pool. The access is through the mezzanine level. GYM IS NOT AVAILABLE DUE TO RENOVATION.Parking is only valet. $35 a day for week days, $40 a day for weekends and weekly charge $175.A pack and play is available at a charge of $30 but is subject to availability.
