It is just off US Hwy 27 and 3 miles north of I-4 to allow you to drive to Walt Disney World in 20 minutes or play a lot of golf courses, some located just a few minutes off Tuscan Ridge.You will love the villa’s open plan design with cozy and spacious family and living rooms, both with views of the pool area and direct access to the pool through patio doors. The rooms are beautifully decorated, with comfortable sofas. Two master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms have direct access to the private pool and spa. The two twin bedrooms share a bathroom. All rooms are equipped with flat TVs (ROKU TV). There is a large flat 46″ Smart TV in the living room and a 42″ TV in the master bedroom. All rooms are equipped with ceiling fans. The well equipped kitchen opens into the living area with a formal dining room for special occasions, a breakfast nook and a bar. You will enjoy a screened, south facing pool and spa(optional heating available) and a large L-shaped lanai with fans, lights and padded pool furniture. The pool is protected with child safety fencing to help keep children safe. The game room is well equipped (see the pictures). Your little ones are most welcome to the villa. A high chair and two strollers are waiting for them, as well as a pack ‘n play. There is a separate laundry room. FREE unlimited local, regional and long distance calling across the U.S., to Canada and Puerto Rico, and fast unlimited internet connection with free WIFI in the home and the pool area – all for your convenience.The villa is privately owned and local support is provided through a professional and efficient management company.The Tuscan Ridge community also has a communal tennis court (free of charge).
