Set just one block from the beach, this Newport Beach home gives you the chance to experience beach living in style. With 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms, in a fantastic location close to amazing restaurants, beaches, bars and activitiesSpace-Modern beach chic blends with a welcoming feel. Our space has everything you’re looking for from the bright airy spacious living room, our spread out bedrooms up stairs to give you the privacy needed and our open kitchen that is great for socializing while cooking up a meal for the family or friends. The living room opens up to our nice sized patio in the front where you can bbq, play corn hole or just relax with a glass of wine during sunset. Sorry NO PETS, not even to visit for the day.Guest access-The entire home is accessible except for the garage. We have a very strict NO house party rule. If the cops come for any reason you will be evicted and your security deport will be held for the Newport Beach city fines. Please read the rules carefully.Neighborhood overview-Located walking distance to all of the action that this beautiful beach city has to offer, from multiple restaurants, bars and shopping. Located one block from the sand you can find yourself relaxing in the sun and heading in for a quick lemonade or a break in just a matter of minutes. Also there is plenty of beach rentals near by for surfing, paddle boarding, beach cruisers, kayaking and duffy (electric boats) rentals to cruise around the harbor with your family.Getting aroundEasy access to pch, 405 and 55 freeways. We have one covered parking spot in the alley and then plenty of beach parking throughout the neighborhood.Other things to noteWe ask that all guests sign a tenant agreement about the rules listed plus a few more regarding our home before your check in date.
