This beach also has a lifeguard. Snorkeling, sailing, surfing, boogie boarding and dozens of other activities are all nearby. The condo is within walking distance to many shops, restaurants and cafe’s. Wailea is a short couple minute drive and offers many high end shops and restaurants. Minutes away from Championship golf. The best beginner surfing is a mile away in downtown Kihei. On property amenities include two swimming pools which include jet spas, complimentary tennis courts, and several gas BBQ’s conveniently located to our unit.-Ground Floor Condo (although still two sets of stairs…not wheel chair accessible)-Garden view from lanai (faces south with lots of tropical foliage surrounding lanai).-Free high speed wireless internet-Brand new Air Conditioning replaced Nov. 2020-ceiling fan-Flat screen Smart TV (includes cable)- brand new kitchenette with new refrigerator and microwave-coffee maker-electric hot water kettle**No laundry facilities in this unit or at the complex.
