Foodies who enjoy cooking their own meals will love the fully-equipped kitchen – and delight in the gourmet grocery stores, as well as a variety of coffee shops and restaurants, located in the neighborhood within 15 minutes on foot. Feel free to enjoy a leisurely breakfast in the townhouse’s peaceful garden, to which you’ll have full and direct access. The beautiful and recently renovated Brooklyn Children’s Museum is on the next block, as well as a charming neighborhood park facing historic Millionaire’s Row, with its magnificent 19th century buildings. Everything else you might need (drugstores, supermarkets, fast food options or caribbean restaurants) is also readily available, within walking distance.There is CENTRAL AC with a unit in each room – open living room, master bedroom and smaller bedroom for a comfortable night of rest during NYC heat waves. The place is nice and warm during the cool months thanks to efficient radiators and separate control of the temperature in each room. In the living room you will have access to 130 channels on the flat panel television. WiFi and washer and dryer are also provided.
