Step to the screened porch to listen to the ocean while reading on the wicker chairs or to sip cool drinks and enjoy appetizers around the table for 4. The open deck has two chaise lounge chairs and a table for six if you want to catch the sun’s rays. Off the great room is a smaller deck with a propane grill — perfect for cooking the perfect steak.The master bedroom has a king bed and en suite bath with a jetted tub. Windows offer an ocean view over the wax myrtles and dunes. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, built in shelves with a HDTV, and a tall armoire for your clothing. A full bath is accessible from the hall and just steps from this comfortable room. The kids will love the 3rd bedroom that has two sets of twin bunk beds making it the perfect retreat.This home is just steps from Seabrook Island’s 3.5 miles of beaches. Walk down Boardwalk #1 to sit in the sands or stroll toward Capn Sam’s Inlet to see the dolphin strand feed. You will love falling asleep to the sound of the waves.*Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee.
