Thanks.*Welcome to our delightful bright and spacious air conditioned one story 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom lake view home on the highly desirable gated resort of Terra Verde in Kissimmee. Enjoy the south facing pool and spa with extended decking, perfect for relaxing and dining ‘alfresco’ whilst enjoying the lake view. The integral garage has been converted into a games room and one of our two twin bedrooms has been designed to appeal to Disney fans young and old! Both Queen master bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms.Terra Verde is a private gated community within easy reach of the US 192. It has a clubhouse with concierge services, fitness center, games room, pool with sunning decks, poolside Tiki bar, a children’s play area and fishing lake. Terra Verde is wonderfully close to everything Orlando is loved for, shopping, golf courses, approximately 15 minutes from Disney parks, 20 minutes from Sea World and 25 minutes from Universal studios. We believe our lovely home is the perfect environment and location for a magical holiday to Orlando.
