However, we are expanding our cleaning protocols to make you even more comfortable. Between stays, we will be cleaning all of the bedding, including washing blankets, mattress pads, and pillow protectors. In addition, our cleaning crew will be disinfecting countertops in the high traffic areas like the kitchen and bathrooms. We will also be disinfecting all of the doorknobs in the house. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area that will fit the capacity of the house. Then we have an extra large family room with plenty of seating to view the Samsung 65″ Smart TV.There are two nice bedrooms on the first floor – for those who do not want to climb stairs. Choose between the queen bedroom off the foyer that is graced with a beautiful fireplace, while the other bedroom has a nice queen bed.Outside Common AreaThe sliding glass doors off the dining area open up to the patio area. There is a good-size BBQ grill and large table with umbrella for your gathering. There is ample room for all the guests to gather round to enjoy the cool summer evening breezes.SECOND FLOOR LIVING SPACE:The Master Bedroom suite is extremely spacious with an elegant master bathroom shower and separate soaking bathtub. Lots of room in his/hers master bedroom closets too. And you have a gorgeous second floor balcony off the master bedroom suite.The remaining three bedrooms on the second floor consist of one king bed, one queen bed and one room with two nice bunk beds. All together the 2nd floor will sleep up to 10 people in their own comfortable beds.
